Please note this is my only official web store alongside my big cartel site under the same username. Any other shops claiming to sell my work are unauthorised and not permitted by me. 

  Prints

How do the print 'drop' releases work?  

All prints (and occasional T-shirt drops) are made to order and created specifically in response to an order placed. We do not hold stock or inventory-- each artwork is produced just for you. 

Once an order is placed- your artwork enters a production flow and fulfilled by my trusted printing partners. 

Each print is part of a limited run- when an order is placed- edition numbers are allocated in chronological order of purchase. All prints are produced and numbered sequentially.

      Unframed A4 prints are approximately £75 (GBP)

Framed A4 £135

Unframed A3 approximately £90 (GBP) 

Framed A3 £150

Tracked and insured shipping to USA, UK and EU £15. Rest of the world £40

Are your prints archival?

Yes- my fine art prints are of museum grade quality and designed to last the test of time.  All prints are produced using a process ensuring the details captured remain true to the original artwork. Unless otherwise stated- most of prints are on 310gsm Hahnemulhe paper which gives it a strong weight and texture. All prints arrive with digitally signed thank you letter and certificate of authenticity, 

Are the prints signed?

All prints are digitally hand signed unless otherwise stated.

SHIPPING

How long will it take to receive my order? 

A large majority of orders are processed and fulfilled with 1-5 working days however there have been occasions where it can take up to 4 weeks. In the unlikely case you have not received your print after this time- please contact myyaakov@proton.me 

Once dispatched- you will receive an email with a tracking number. Prints are shipped by a courier service (DHL, Fedex) delivering within 2-7days though this will vary by country.

Please note we are not responsible for any delays or disruption once the item is with the courier and cannot guarantee an estimated arrival date. 

What is your return policy?

Every print and T-shirt is bespoke and made to order- we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. 

                                                                     My print arrived damaged!

In the unlikely event your print arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty- we will replace it free of charge. Please send through photographs (where applicable) along with your name and order number to myyaakov@proton.me within 5 days of receipt. This documentation assists  in the process of claiming insurance/damage claims. 

I would like to change shipping addresses

Due to the speedy production flow-  I cannot guarantee any amends can be made to correct an incorrect address once an order has been placed.  

Please email myyaakov@proton.me as soon as possible if you notice an address requires correction.

 In the case the item has already been produced and dispatched- it is not possible to change the address. Customers will not be refunded due to an incorrect address and are liable for any redelivery fees where applicable.

What about international shipping and fees? 

Prints are produced and dispatched from studios based in London (UK), Dusseldorf (Germany) and Brooklyn (USA). Orders placed in these countries will be produced and shipped locally-  tariffs/customs will not apply for customers placing orders in these countries. 

There is a chance countries outside of these places may be  liable for additional charges/customs fees- customers are responsible for any charges incurred. We are unable to estimate the exact amount of customs duties or taxes in advance, as charges vary by country. For more accurate information, please contact your local customs office.

 

Original Artworks

All artworks come with a certificate of authenticity and hand written letter. 

All artworks are sealed as per appropriate for the medium used.

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email from me (myyaakov@proton.me) requesting to confirm your details (or I may ask for more information if this is missing).

This is done to ensure smooth shipping/customs clearance but also to prevent fraud.  If I do not receive a response within 3 weeks your order may subject to cancellation so I kindly ask all buyers to respond to the confirmation email. 

Please note all sales of original artworks are final. 

 

Shipping,  delivery, customs  

I am based in London- United Kingdom and I ship to most countries internationally.

I pack and dispatch most original artworks myself though occasionally use a specialist packing service if the work is more fragile.  Most artworks are protected in a study 'anti bend' cardboard and bubble wrap. 

Flat/smaller works I aim to dispatch within 7 working days  (unless otherwise stated on the listing) though larger pieces may take upwards of 3 weeks. 

I use tracked and insured international shipping via royal mail though may use a different courier depending on the destination. 

 If you have a preference for a particular courier please don’t hesitate to let me know.

Please note- due to the time, care and attention needed to pack and ship an original artwork and ensure it is complaint with local customs and shipping regulations (which vary widely from country to country)- I am unable to offer a speedy dispatch for original works. 

I do not currently offer in person collections or visits.

Please note it is the responsibility of the customer to be informed of their local customs/import fees for original artwork and incur any additional costs .Here is a quick tool customs calculator 

US customers please note original artworks are currently exempt from tariffs though may be subject to import fees. 

All sales are final- if for any reason the artwork arrives damaged please contact me within 5 working days of receipt and I will endeavour to reach a resolution. If for any reason the artwork returns to me due to an undeliverable address- the buyer will be responsible for reshipping fees. 

 

Ad Hoc FAQs

Do you offer commissions?

I do not offer personal commissions 

I sent you a DM on instagram- please respond

I do not actively monitor instagram DMs.  I will only communicate with you about an order via my email linked to this shop myyaakov@proton.me. In the rare case I do spot any DMs from customers- I will redirect you to my email and request  communication there. I will not conduct financial exchanges (bank/paypal/venmo/cashapp) via DMs. All points of sales are via my Shopify or big cartel site.

Can I customise my order/ will you  quickly sketch my pet with the order?

I do not currently offer any options to customise orders or fulfill special requests. 

 This policy is also in place to ensure fairness and transparency for all customers/collectors.

Do you offer discounts? 

I do not currently offer any discounts for any customers- first time or returning.
